Oh boyyy. OH BOYYY. I ate this meal consistently for three days and I only stopped because I was tired of chewing Pork 😩. My teeth were tired lol. This was the first time I tried Horseradish and now, it’s gonna be a regular. The bbq sauce was LIFEEE.

Middle Eastern-spiced Salmon Freekeh Bowl 😍

Wow, this one really surprised me. I didn’t think Mr. Salmon had it in him to be this flavourful . A round of applause for Mr Salmon πŸ‘πŸΎ (I’m sane, I promise). This meal used a shawarma mix seasoning that gave it a smoky yet delightful taste and aroma. The frekeh made it filling and satisfying. Finished this meal off with some Lemon-Garlic parsley cream. Simply Delightful!

Roasted sweet pepper Shrimp Fusili 🦐🍝 🀀

HUBBA HUBBA!! Do I even need to talk too much?! I mean, LOOK AT THE PICTURE!!!! πŸ— I felt guilty that many people didn’t get to taste this awesomeness …I still do. It was juicy, tasty and well-seasoned! You know my mamma taught me well. Nobody should be deprived of this miracle. I’ll have to make it again to share because it’s unjust for people to miss out on this.

Maple-flavoured crunchy-peanut butter granola bowl

I know! I know what you’re thinking! “Nothing special here”. I assure you, you’re thoroughly mistaking!! It is simple and healthy but this ain’t your average granola bowl. The base is what makes it special– We have Honey flavoured Greek Yoghurt whipped with crunchy peanut butter, vanilla flavouring and maple syrup. Healthy and delicious. Try it to prove me wrong – but I bet you won’t be able to.

Basmati Jollof Rice, pan-fried Beef and plantain 🀀

Lmao, no beef guys but you know I have to REPRESENTπŸ“’ ! I have to be honest, I’m not the biggest fan of basmati jollof rice but this was the result of limited options. THE COMBINATION WITH THE BEEF AND SOFT PLANTAIN THOUGH!!! MAD O! This meal had me doing the Shaku.

Creamy Stracciatella cheese and Tomato sandwhich with roasted potato wedges

OMG!! Just the thought alone guys!! 😭. THIS SANDWHICH WAS EVERYTHING!! And it’s vegetarian too!! It’s one of ONCE-IN-A-WHILE meals. It was sweet, sultry, creamy and fresh!. The added juices from the veggies dowsed in balsamic glaze really did a number on this one. Prior to this meal, I hated olives. I can tell you now that it changed my mind. πŸ’―

Greek Lemon Chicken with Lemon Couscous πŸ‹

The fastest go-to meal. By the time I was done with my master-piece of a concoction, I was showing like I was 4-months pregnant lmao. I have no regrets, who flat belle don epp? πŸ˜…
Some of the major ingredients in here are scrambled eggs, roasted mixed peppers, garlic, onions to name a few but the SECRET INGREDIENT JERE IS ….πŸ₯…. Chopped-up BBQ ribs!!!! I needed a confession after this and I’m a Christian but ain’t even Catholic πŸ™πŸΎ

I have to say – I really wasn’t expecting the flavour burst that came with this one. I honestly thought it’d be one of those meals that are picture perfect but bland. It showed me! So soo sooooo good. I’ll definitely be making this again not so far from now. Actually, I’m on it πŸšΆπŸΎβ€β™€οΈ
